Subject: WP2- Progress meetings - First meeting on Friday 18th of November
Dear all,
I sent the email to the mailing list but I added the emails of all researchers, as including myself, I get the emails many times in my junk folder.
I would like to invite you in regular 1h progress meetings for WP2- The Exten.(D.T.)2 Framework – NTNU lead beneficiary.
In WP2 the partners with person months are: LNU, NKUA, UGent, TCD and OU. SIMPLE and UCL are of course welcome to participate in the meetings.
I suggest that it would be nice to have at least one representative from each partner in each meeting. Meeting minutes and documents from the progress will be uploaded to the shared folder for all.
Please find below our suggestion for the meetings until the end of January 2023 (then the focus will be on finalizing the deliverable, send it out to the reviewers that will be probably assigned, with deadline M6 – February). For each suggested meeting, you will find the respective doodle. The first one is for this coming Friday, to present the work done so far, I hope that it will work out, please fill it in as soon as possible.

Dear All,
We have created the document which will contain all important/needed information about the project platform (platform architecture, requirements, extend tools/applications, data collection, learning analytics dashboard):
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ADtovB1eMzf2d46GKOwdnCtFxqmfNof7/edit?u…
The document is located in the 04 WP4 Shaping Technologies folder.
This document is the book for the Exten.D.T.2 platform.
For the moment is has only outline/structure that can be filled in by anybody (or send to me and I can add information there).
When you add/update the document, please add a new row in Document History table: date of updating the document, what has beed updated/added/deleted, and author name)
Currently, we are gathering information about
* data collected by the platform (5.6.1 Applications data) (@Marianthi will write data collected from the learning tools (SorBET, MaLT2, ChoiCo), @Sokratis will add which data will be stored about users of the platform)
* data collected by the interventions/study that will be stored in the server (5.6.2 Intervention Data or Study Data) (@Carina)
* requirements for Exten.D.T.2 platform (3 Technical Requirements) (@Sofia, @Alisa, @Ahmed, @Fisnik, @Thea(nQuire requirements???))
@Thea we need to know how nQuire will be used/connected with Exten.D.T.2 platform (through learning analytics?) or it will be only connected/used in school interventions process as additional tool?
thank you!
Best,
Alisa

Dear All
Further to the Kick-Off meeting where it was agreed to use google docs/workplace as a platform to share and collaborate on documents I have started to set up a shared folder for Exten.D.T.2. This is within the google drive associated with Linnaeus University.
In order for this to work (e.g., to post responses and/or resolve any comments on google docs), all of us will need access to it.
1. For this you need to share a google (gmail) account with me:
1. If you already have a gmail account linked to your work/organisation then this is the preferred option.
2. Alternatively, you can share an existing private gmail account and have it linked to this
3. Finally, you can create a completely new gmail account here: https://accounts.google.com/SignUp
1. If you send me the email address that is linked to your Google account (either a, b or c, above), then I will share the Exten.D.T.2 folder with you.
For Info/Tips:
* If you are not familiar with using google docs and tools there are many YouTube tutorials available. They have numerous advantages. They can be accessed via a browser from any machine, and they can provide a file structure similar to what you are used to on your computer.
* For control purposes, where documents are “living” e.g., as a google word document it is important that you do not copy documents from one folder to another. Any changes to living/working documents should be made in the document (and in the folder) it is created in.
* DO NOT INCLUDE ANY PERSONAL OR SENSITIVE DATA in the Google drive Exten.D.T.2 Folder.
Best regards
Shamim
