Subject: Action by 30th January_Early draft of Dissemination D for discussion tomorrow
Dear all,
Following our meeting, I share a new version of the draft deliverable about dissemination, noting two areas I need your input by 30th January Monday:
Table 2: Fill in table 2 with specific details of a)who are the stakeholders you can reach through your networks? b) what activities will you organise to reach them - get ideas of activities from table 1, and c)when do you plan to reach them?
Table 3: Complete Table 3 with the names and URLs of the conferences you aim to take part in and present the project. Add submission deadlines.
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1WLikra5IDayP187loVenN4x-YRAxQ6lK/edit
Thanks to Shamim for the very useful feedback on the deliverable as a whole and thanks all for your feedback during the meeting, which I will address in the next few days.
Feel free to add any other comments, amendments etc to the version above.
Best,
Thea

Dear all,
I attach the early draft of the dissemination deliverable I plan to discuss with you tomorrow - for reference and in case you want to have a look at it before the meeting.
Also, there are two opportunities for dissemination, I would like us to briefly talk about.

Dear all,
I share the below event (online: Thursday the 2nd of February 2023) as it may be of interest to you or your colleagues (feel free to share).
It is about Education 4.0 in Higher Education: lessons learned from Computer Science.
You can reserve a ticket here: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/teach4edu-tickets-475209934707?utm_campaign=…
We are pleased to invite you to a free engagement session where we will share and discuss our lived experiences of exploring what Industry 4.0 might mean for universities in Europe. Education 4.0 is related to the view that the current Industry 4.0 is becoming more and more automated, using modern smart technology and the Internet of Things (IoT). In particular we explored how universities could prepare for Education 4.0. At present a range of eight Joint Creative Classrooms (for example Machine Learning School; Robotics: Embedded Software Development) have been implemented across 16 computer science programs in Europe as part of the Teach4EDU project (https://teach4edu4-project.eu/<https://eur01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fteach4edu…>).
This free event is aimed at academics, educators, learning designers, managers, and policy makers who are interested in learning about how Education 4.0 might impact your practice.
The session has two different formats: face-to-face at Jurys Inn Birmingham on Tuesday 31st of January 2023 and online on Thursday 2nd of February 2023.
Event Programme<https://eur01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.event…> for both dates:
12:00 - 13:00 Lunch (f2f only)
13:00 - 14:00 - What is Edu4.0? What should universities do to be ready for Industry 4.0?
14:00 - 14:10 - Break
14:10 - 15:10 - Case studies in innovative pedagogical approaches are used in the teaching of Computer Science
15:10 - 15:30 - Final discussion and wrap up
You can register for free and reserve your face-to-face* or online spot here<https://eur01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.event…>:
Best wishes,
Thea
Dear all,
Happy New Year and all the best! 🙂
I am sorry for the late notice, but we need to cancel our progress meeting scheduled for this Thursday at 15:00-16:00 (I will send a cancelation from the calendar too). It is a very busy period, including some unforeseen work and we are focusing on writing the deliverable to share it soon.
Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. We think this is the best decision and we appreciate your precious time.
-Update: In the common folder for WP2, you will find the presentation and the meeting minutes from our last meeting. Let us know for any change in the minutes. If any partner who has not shared "key references from WPs related work" wants to add any, feel free to do it in the respective folder/presentation.
At the moment, we keep the slot for the next meeting and use it if needed.
Thank you,
WP2 team
Happy new year all!

Dear All Exten.D.T.2 members
It was great meeting so many of you in person back in September for our Kick-Off. We hope as many of you as possible will be able to attend the next physical project meeting in Athens which is in the planning for late March 2023.
As 2022 draws to a close we would like to thank you all for your hard work and dedication to the project and helping get it off to a promising start.

Dear Chronis,
Thank you for sharing the reviews, nice to see that some of the papers have come up in our search of the literature too.
I agree, we will definitely use them and add our approach/review on the digital perspective and what we will do in the project.
Best,
Sofia

Dear all,
Alkistis has unearthed a bunch of reviews on design thinking in
education - so apart from our raw review we can use some work already
done by others, each one of course from a different standpoint...
best regards
