Subject: [Extendt2_omt] Action Required: Stakeholder Consultation & Framework Dissemination
Dear all,
I hope you’re doing well. Following up on our recent project meeting, we would like to gather your input on two key areas: (1) stakeholder consultation and (2) framework dissemination.
As discussed, each partner is expected to engage at least four participants in stakeholder consultations between now and February 2025. To help you with this process, we have prepared a practical guide along with supporting materials (e.g., slides to present the framework, templates to document the outcomes, etc.); see the link here<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YVK_Dyuln9PYoAiCpl4CNPZDXbBLqD-6?us…>.
Additionally, based on the reviewer’s recommendation to increase the visibility of our framework, we kindly ask all partners to actively promote and disseminate the framework in the upcoming relevant activities. (We would greatly appreciate it if you could take photos of these dissemination efforts to document and share the impact of our work.) Hi All,
Please find attached a Word and PDF version of the DT Evaluation Toolkit we
codesigned with teachers at the end of last year. I have included a Word
version to allow teachers to edit the toolkit for their own purpose.
Feel free to distribute this among teachers you are working with in the Y3
intervention.
There is a short survey link in the document for teachers if they wish to
provide feedback.
