Dear All
I hope this finds you all well.
Please share this email with your financial departments.
Please see the notification email below which was sent by the EC on 16 April.
For convenience all the related documentation to the notification are attached (attachments 1-4).
I am delighted to inform you that all partners costs have been accepted, and the EC is paying out the maximum final payment allowable.
LNU has not yet received the final payment but expects it shortly. It may take up to 30 days in accordance with the letter from the EC (attachment 4).

To Do
Re, Attachment 5 (coordinator calculations):
Please check asap, with your finance department, the attached spreadsheet for the amounts due to you for the final payment.
* The amounts in blue and pink (columns G&H) are what you have already received
*
The amounts in green (column I) is the final payment due.
*
@NTNU: Kindly note you will need to make a re-payment back to LNU, the Coordinator, as you have received too much pre-financing and interim payment (a result of the EUR/NOK exchange rate).
If you have any Qs on your numbers in attachment 5, please contact me asap next week, from 27 April. I am out of the office all this week.
Once LNU receives the final payment. I will be asking each partner to confirm their bank information has not changed since the previous payment. Only in the case your bank details have changed, can you already start to prepare the new information required in attachment 6.
Best regards
Shamim

Dear All
You may have received the email below .
However, please note our PO has contacted Marcelo and me this afternoon, and everything is now in order:
Fyi: A document needed to be re-uploaded, and the periodic core report resubmitted - without any changes. This has been done and any other emails you may receive relating to this can be ignored.
Furthermore, we understand that there are no further financial review comments for any of the partners which is good news.
The EC is ready to start processing the final payment, and I will contact you all soon on this.
Best regards,
Shamim

Dear All
I hope this finds you well.
You may have seen the notification below from the EC last Thursday.
This relates to the EC financial review (the technical part of review, you may recall, was approved without any further requests in March).
Attached, relating to the financial review, you can see the three responses submitted by LNU on behalf of the consortium on Tuesday.
There may be further financial comments from the EC. If so, I will contact the relevant partner.
Otherwise, the final payment from the EC is expected within 90 days from the reporting end, i.e., around the end of April/early May.
For now, Marcelo and I wish you all a very Happy Easter break.

Best regards
Shamim

Dear all,
I attach the early draft of the dissemination deliverable I plan to discuss with you tomorrow - for reference and in case you want to have a look at it before the meeting.
Also, there are two opportunities for dissemination, I would like us to briefly talk about.

Dear All,
Thank you for your feedback and comments on the draft JCD shared with you all in November.
LNU’s DPO and lawyer have incorporated changes to the revised attached draft, dated 19122022, and added two annexes.
Their responses (in bold text) to questions can be found in attachment 4.
Please send any further feedback to the draft JCD, including your additions for Annexes 1 and 2 by Monday 9th January.
Please also check the name of the person who would sign the JCD for your organisation on pp 8-14.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,
Shamim

Hello Everyone,
I hope you are keeping well.
As discussed briefly in TCD meeting (also in the OU meeting), can we organise an event (either of one or two days) in which we will bring teacher participants participated in the Exten(DT)2 project up until now from all countries together to make them share their experiences?
The purpose of this event will be to:
* Create a multi-country platform for teachers to share their learnings from participating in the Exten(DT)2 project;
* Record their experiences and suggestions that can be helpful resources to support Y3 implementation; and
* Engage teachers in a post-implementation activity which can function as a stimulated recall to trigger them to further implement DT project in their classroom settings independently.
And of course, this will help us in reporting around sustainability as we are not leaving teachers after they implement but we are following them up and helping them to build a wider teachers network.
For this, I propose the dates as 28th and 29th November, Thursday, and Friday (maybe of a 4-hour session each day)
We can ask each one to share their experiences in 15 minutes which will be followed by 10 minutes Q and A.
The proposed time is between 10 am and 3 pm UK time .
I am populating ideas here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aJh0FMT6Y5-93gtaXfwcoqjh8rUxvUWhkcgvygw…. Any suggestions are welcome! And, finally thanks Marcelo for this brilliant idea.
I am looking forward to hearing from you!
Best,
Sagun
