Sunday 30 November is the official end date of our project. I am very pleased to say that all remaining deliverables have been submitted.

There were six deliverables due at M39=30 November 2025. (D1.4; D4.4; D7.3; D8.3; and D8.4. and D9.3). So as not to overwhelm you (!) I have scheduled emails so that you will receive D1.4 today and one other deliverable in pdf format, each day next week.

EU Portal: P2 and Final Project Reporting
You will also likely receive notifications from the EU portal on Sunday, or early next week that the project has ended, and that it is time to do the S&T and Financial Reporting.

We have already made a start on the technical reporting. Please double check you have submitted your parts in this google doc link<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1jmeuMa3VS18sHQYssvvqtiKq7PILvAv_/edit?u…> before 8 December (Note: due to prioritisation of deliverables, some sections have had a first review, others not) . If you have not provided your contributions yet, please do so by 8 December.

Please inform your finance department that they can start preparing the P2 financial reporting if they wish (from 1 March 2024- 30 November 2025). LNU will come back with more information on financial reporting in the portal during the week beginning 8th December. This is because both Marcelo and I are now both on leave until then.

Following on from the WP7 meeting last week, I have developed a series of
data collection instruments and protocols for the school interventions,
which are stored in a folder

WP7. This includes all the information you should need to apply for ethical
approval, such as sample informed consent/assent documents, overarching
evaluation protocol (data preparation and analysis to come), surveys,
interviews, teacher reflective diary and documents detailing the protocol
for each form of data collection.
All partners involved in interventions this year should review the
documents, add comments and make suggested edits *by 6th March. *I am also
happy to receive any direct email queries.

arrange a review meeting to further discuss data collection. Please ensure
at least one member of your team, involved in the interventions,
professional development or co-design workshops completes the Doodle.
Unfortunately due to other responsibilities I am unable to arrange a
meeting prior to the 7th March and the 10th is the OMT.
Any partner waiting to apply for ethical review can use all of the
documents in their current state as amendments will only be minor - aka no
new data collection instruments and no new lines of questioning. If you
have any specific questions about ethics I would be happy to help, so
please get in touch directly.

OMT representatives from UGent, NTNU, TCD and UCL are not obligated, but welcome to attend. However, it would be good if whoever is doing the reporting to attend the first part of the meeting 13.30-13.45/14.00 CEST this Friday - so we can take up any Qs or require further clarifications on the P2 and final technical reporting instructions sent on Monday.
It would also be helpful if one person from each partner can check with your economist and provide an indication on Friday (otherwise by email before then) whether you expect to fully utilise your budget or not.

Apologies for the delay but it should not take too long as we have P1, and M19-M27 (internal) technical reporting to go from.
However, I am still waiting to hear from our PO about the final technical reporting (for the whole project period). It may be that it too (like the financial reportingon SyGMA) is not generated until the official project end.
