I would like to invite you in regular 1h progress meetings for WP2-The
Exten.(D.T.)2Framework– NTNU lead beneficiary.
In WP2 the partners with person months are: LNU, NKUA, UGent, TCD and
OU. SIMPLE and UCL are of course welcome to participate in the meetings.
I suggest that it would be nice to have at least one representative from
each partner in each meeting. Meeting minutes and documents from the
progress will be uploaded to the shared folder for all.
Please find below our suggestion for the meetingsuntil the end of
January 2023 (then the focus will be on finalizing the deliverable, send
it out to the reviewers that will be probably assigned, with deadline M6
– February). For each suggested meeting, you will find the respective

Thank you all for your participation to the meeting on 18th of November!
In the common google Drive, folder for WP2, you will find the presentation shown, the
meeting minutes and the agenda for the next meeting that will be on 2nd of December (I
will send the calendar invitation to that and the following meetings shortly).
The action required before the meeting 2nd of December from each WP (leader or team) is to
upload a .ppt or another document with the main points that are relevant for your WP work
that will follow during the project, that we can provide some grounding in the D.2.1
deliverable.
During the next meeting, we would like to discuss the definition and the rationale for
using the emerging technologies and their extension, related to what will be implemented
and the use of AI, LA dashboard etc (how WP4 sees it in D4.1). We have provided some
relevant literature that can ground this approach (see in the presentation shared). For
WP4 team, in your prepared bullet points, you can take this aspect into account for the
discussion with the consortium.

I would like to invite you in regular 1h progress meetings for WP2-The
Exten.(D.T.)2Framework– NTNU lead beneficiary.
In WP2 the partners with person months are: LNU, NKUA, UGent, TCD and
OU. SIMPLE and UCL are of course welcome to participate in the meetings.
I suggest that it would be nice to have at least one representative from
each partner in each meeting. Meeting minutes and documents from the
progress will be uploaded to the shared folder for all.
Please find below our suggestion for the meetingsuntil the end of
January 2023 (then the focus will be on finalizing the deliverable, send
it out to the reviewers that will be probably assigned, with deadline M6

The action required before the meeting 2nd of December from each WP (leader or team) is to
upload a .ppt or another document with the main points that are relevant for your WP work
that will follow during the project, that we can provide some grounding in the D.2.1
deliverable.
During the next meeting, we would like to discuss the definition and the rationale for
using the emerging technologies and their extension, related to what will be implemented
and the use of AI, LA dashboard etc (how WP4 sees it in D4.1). We have provided some
relevant literature that can ground this approach (see in the presentation shared). For
WP4 team, in your prepared bullet points, you can take this aspect into account for the
discussion with the consortium.

I would like to invite you in regular 1h progress meetings for WP2-The
Exten.(D.T.)2Framework– NTNU lead beneficiary.
In WP2 the partners with person months are: LNU, NKUA, UGent, TCD and
OU. SIMPLE and UCL are of course welcome to participate in the meetings.
I suggest that it would be nice to have at least one representative from
each partner in each meeting. Meeting minutes and documents from the
progress will be uploaded to the shared folder for all.
Please find below our suggestion for the meetingsuntil the end of
January 2023 (then the focus will be on finalizing the deliverable, send
it out to the reviewers that will be probably assigned, with deadline M6
– February). For each suggested meeting, you will find the respective
doodle. The first one is for this coming Friday, to present the work
done so far, I hope that it will work out, please fill it in as soon as
possible.

In the common google Drive, folder for WP2, you will find the presentation shown, the
meeting minutes and the agenda for the next meeting that will be on 16th of December
(11:00-12:00 CET).
The action required before the meeting on 16th of December from each WP (leader or team)
is to upload a .ppt slide in the respective presentation in the shared folder named
"key references from WPs related work" with what you consider as the key
references related to your WP work/topic and you consider them to be important to include
in the D2.1. For example, they can be a few major publications on the topic you already
know and are relevant.

I would like to invite you in regular 1h progress meetings for WP2-The
Exten.(D.T.)2Framework– NTNU lead beneficiary.
In WP2 the partners with person months are: LNU, NKUA, UGent, TCD and
OU. SIMPLE and UCL are of course welcome to participate in the meetings.
I suggest that it would be nice to have at least one representative from
each partner in each meeting. Meeting minutes and documents from the
progress will be uploaded to the shared folder for all.
Please find below our suggestion for the meetingsuntil the end of
January 2023 (then the focus will be on finalizing the deliverable, send
it out to the reviewers that will be probably assigned, with deadline M6
– February). For each suggested meeting, you will find the respective
doodle. The first one is for this coming Friday, to present the work
done so far, I hope that it will work out, please fill it in as soon as
possible.
