Dear all,
As we are finalising the Framework and Guidelines, we would like to invite you to share your reflections and inputs based on your Year 3 activities.
You can use this one-page template<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1mg-IONcAMWvbbKTV75xQI8Vl5sGxBJqA/edit?u…> provided in our shared folder to guide your input. We kindly ask each partner to send your feedback by the end of May (M33) so your inputs can be incorporated into our deliverables (Due M35) .
You can either upload it to this folder<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1hTjGYamOTwaAV5WLhM-hWh03FFTWEyyf?us…> or send directly to Isabella or Boban who will be coordinating the finalisation of the Framework and Guidelines.
As a personal note, I also wanted to let you know that I will be leaving my position at the end of April. It has been a real pleasure working with all of you over the past years. I’m proud of what we have achieved together and excited to see the successful conclusion of the project. From May onwards, I will be joining the School of Design at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and I hope our paths come across again in the future.
Thank you again for your collaboration and inspiring discussions!
All the best,

Dear all,
It was lovely to see many of you at our project meeting last week. Thank you for the engaging discussions and insights.
As a follow-up, I’d like to kindly ask you to share any photos you may have taken during the dissemination activities related to the framework. We’re hoping to gather visual documentation, and your contributions would be much appreciated. You can upload them in our shared folder here<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1hxjHs4pQklZFdvAE8ID6b-CDhauF5JgY?us…>.
For those who are planning upcoming dissemination activities related to the framework, just a quick reminder that all the dissemination materials (incl. a video, slides, and instructions) we had prepared earlier can be accessed here<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/13B6v1SfQ8ac3oZCo5deQgZV9yJDNb9gX?us…>.
Additionally, building on Chronis’s helpful suggestion during the meeting, it would be great if you could also share a brief summary of the stakeholders involved in your dissemination efforts, particularly any policymakers or policy-related audiences you’ve engaged with. This information will be valuable as we move forward in reporting and evaluating the outreach and impact of the framework. To make this easier, we’ve created a shared file where each partner can briefly note the key details of their dissemination activities. You can find the file here<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1NzgZzBOmHbRAa8Jqy-b0-G7sDQrDpjgw8AZ…>.
Thank you all once again for your cooperation!
Have a nice weekend!
Best regards,
Feiran

I also take this opportunity to thank Sofia for all her commitment, diligent work and excellent contributions to our project since its start.
@Sofia: We will miss having you around - but hopefully we will see you again, at some point towards the project end.
In the meantime, I know I speak for all of us wishing you Good Luck with the birth of your baby, and hoping you enjoy to the full, the first few months of motherhood. Take care and enjoy your (“Extended” to family-related) leave.
Best wishes to everyone for the weekend.
Shamim

For info: The ppt that Chronis was referring to in our project meeting this morning.

Dear all,
here's a ppt I drafted based on a rigorous review done by our
consultant, Res. Dir. A. Verevi concerning the critical reflections of
employing DT in schools so far (i.e. without digital technologies)
if u agree we could discuss it as part (a slot) of the workshop or even
in a special meeting or both
in it you will find links to videos concerning and showcasing DT in
schools (which can be used in the workshop addressing teachers), the
list of references from which the review was drawn and a last slide with
some bullets pointing to ways in which we can use this info to show why
the extendt2 'solution' can address the criticisms and go far beyond the
state of the art for DT in schools
there's 3 layers, the first slide (n.2) is the theme titles, then
another layer (nos. 3-6) with one page for each theme and then
analytical slides with the points in each theme
of course, the extendt2 'solution' is something to be built and refined
by all so consider this as a clunky start if u like
we can undertake to write up an academic version of this review and
include it in a respective deliverable but this will take some time as u
can imagine
so - thanks to Alkistis
best regards
c
btw - Alkisti's expertise is educational sociology
ps - maybe we should do the same for digital media in education, i.e. a
critical review and show how the extendt2 solution addresses some of
those problems? just a thought. this would mean that extendt2 addresses
the problems of each of the DTs individually by means of bringing them
together in a unique form of integration to form dt2
Dear
all,
During
the 14:30 and 15:45 (EET time) slots on Wednesday, March
19 (School Interventions Status and Activity Plans), we are planning to have a collective session,
focusing on exchanging experiences, insights, and challenges regarding the
implementation of the project’s emerging technologies in Year 3 school
interventions.
To
facilitate this discussion, we kindly invite you to prepare 1 or 2 slides
showcasing how you have integrated emerging technologies into your
interventions—whether already implemented, currently in progress, or still
in the design phase.
Additionally, if you wish, you are welcome to invite a teacher who
is/has been involved in this year’s interventions to share their
experience with using the project's emerging technologies in the
classroom.
We
look forward to a fruitful discussion!
Best
regards,
NKUA

Dear All
Two deliverables are due today (M30=28 February 2025).
You can find them attached to this email or download them from the links below.
WP3: Co-Design of Educational Resources and Materials
D3.4_Report on the Exten.(D.T.)2 Toolkit - Final Report
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1hJcApMe4Rw0GezdUSYZQNLs4g_FLOrx0/view?usp=…<https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lKE_Pf2-WH1j98QCqhq1UOUhgvXqq_Re/view?usp=…>
Note: due to a bug/glitch in the portal, you may get an automated message – either today or early next week - that D3.4 has been “rejected”.
This is not the case, and you should ignore that email.
The reason is that there was an initial version of D3.4 submitted at M24; and the only way to upload this final version onto the portal is for our PO to reject the initial version.
WP6: Professional Development
D6.3: The Open Learn Create Online Course
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Ioo4XbZ-vdbd5IpG8YTOokvNdrbrh-jB/view?usp=…
Thank you to everyone who contributed.
The respective lead authors can be found on the title page if you have any queries.
Kind regards
Shamim
