Subject: Survey dissemination - Social Transformations and Resilience Partnership
Dear Coordinator, Project Manager,
I am reaching out to you regarding the development of a new co-funded European Partnership on ‘Social Transformations and Resilience’, which has been proposed <https://research-and-innovation.ec.europa.eu/document/download/04162ca0-b5d…> in the context of the 2nd wave of European Partnerships under the new Strategic Plan 2025 – 2027 of Horizon Europe<https://research-and-innovation.ec.europa.eu/funding/funding-opportunities/…>.
The ambition of the Partnership is to create a transformative R&I programme, which will inform evidence-based policy setting for:
* Supporting the modernisation of social protection and essential services
* Shaping the Future of Work
* Fostering education & skills development
* Contributing to a fair transition towards climate neutrality.
To help us identify relevant stakeholders and ensure the necessary thematic and geographical coverage for meeting the Partnership’s objectives, we have recently launched a stakeholder mapping survey. This survey, designed by EIT-Climate-KIC and ZOE Institute for Future-fit Economies (supported by DG EMPL), explores how the Partnership can be grounded in the wider ecosystem of policymakers, researchers, social partners, civil society actors and other stakeholders.
Therefore, we would greatly appreciate it if you could fill in this survey and help disseminate it within your respective networks. The invitation is attached. You can access the survey here: Stakeholder Survey ST&R<https://ec.europa.eu/eusurvey/runner/STRStakeholderSurveyCKIC2024>.
The deadline for completing the survey is 31 May.
For more information on co-funded Partnerships, please have a look here<https://www.era-learn.eu/partnerships-in-a-nutshell/type-of-networks/co-fun…>.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Dear All
Our deadline for submission is Monday at the latest - but it would be good to get as much done by tomorrow as possible.
Please be prepared for some sporadic emails until then – this one please do by lunchtime tomorrow (Friday) .
Fyi: The Technical and Financial part of the Report is done. Just a final proof read is outstanding.
All partners ppts are confirmed as final (this is a special additional request from the reviewers) .
The EC also check on the Continuous Reporting Part on the portal.
One of these is “Researchers Involved in the Project”.
This is new for Horizon Europe and we will not be able to complete/validate our M18 report until this is complete.
Can all of the Partner Leads check the screenshots below:

@One person from each Partners: Marcelo (¨(Lnu); Marianthi (NKUA); Katrien (UGent); Sofia (NTNU); Carina or Jake (TCD); Filothei (SIMPLE); Thea/Eileen or Sagun (OU)
1. Check everyone who has worked on the project from your organization in the first 18 months name is included (even if they are no longer working on the project)
2. Delete anyone who has not worked on the project in the first 18 months.
3. All fields marked with an asterix need to be completed. At the moment the contract duration is missing for almost every listed researcher!
[A close up of a computer screen Description automatically generated]
You can either go into the portal yourself and update the information required: (The Continuous Reporting element, can be found under <My Projects>, <Exten.DT.2.><Actions> <Manage Project>)
Or email me the information for each researcher by email following the headings listed above
Note: This is for researchers only not admin staff. And this is also presumably where the EC are taking their gender statistics from.
Many Thanks for your cooperation
Best, Shamim
Dear all,
I have prepared a video, as we discussed, with a scenario of technology
usage. It is 31 minutes and includes all project technologies
We can use this video instead of a live presentation since I am a bit
worried that all the different technologies will work smoothly at the time
of the review and have the same result as the video.
Of course, I can do a similar presentation live, if you think is preferable.
In any case, I would like to ask for your feedback regarding the
presentation of the technologies and the scenario presented. Especially
people form WP4 (Filothei, Alisa, Marcelo, Sagun, Thea) but also from
someone who is not in the "technical teams" regarding the clarity of the
examples given
The video is in this folder named "showcase_extendt2" :

Dear All
Please add your draft ppt presentations into this folder,
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/108C0u-3z807wBwHVAUUfYpqPD0pscqSX?us…
In particular if you attended the rehearsal last Wednesday, as you have already received some feedback, it would be helpful for the others if you can add your presentation in asap today.
Best, Shamim
For those of you who are attending today please note that the meeting is pushed back to 13.15 CET (12.15 UK time, 14.15 Greek time) as Marcelo is travelling
The first session will be a brief overview (5 mins) , and we will stick with the agenda as it currently is in the attached from 13.20 onwards.
Best, Shamim
Dear All
Please find attached the schedule for the on-line rehearsal #1 based on the doodle - and information on the zoom link. Note times on the agenda are in CEST.
@WP Leaders: please check that those who will present, as part of your WP, are also attending on the right day of the rehearsal.
Marcelo and Chronis are intending to attend both rehearsals. Everyone is welcome to attend both too, if able to.
Your presentations are to be based on your WP S&T reporting.
PowerPoint presentation templates with some instructions will be sent early next week before the Easter break together with any feedback on your S&T reporting which you have already submitted.
Best regards
Shamim

Dear All
1. Here is the Link for the M18 draft of the technical reporting (excl reporting on use of financial resources)
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_JI9DUQLzIBnobgKO77Xiy_22fOejLGU/edit?u…
1. You can double check your slides for the rehearsal against this.
2. A quality control has been made for consistency in language, acronyms, and where possible presentation of information across WPs etc. (Note: Year and Cycle are written out in full. Exten(.D.T)2 is used when referring to the project (as in the proposal) and ExtenDT2 for the platform. There should be no links in the body of the text - these should instead be shown as footnotes). It will be further tidied up before sending to the reviewers.
To Do:
* The document is currently ca 35 pages. Everyone should read it, and welcome to add to it or provide feedback. Please use the comments or suggestions tools.
* @Katrien, please check WP6 re, Project Objectives as soon as possible today:
* This will then enable, Alisa (PO1); Thea (PO2), yourself - Katrien (PO3) ; Marianthi (PO4) and Sofia (PO5) to address the respective POs they have been assigned to check/review.
@Thea: there are short sections on Impact, D&E and Open Science which require your review/further input. Apologies for the late notice on this.
@All WP leaders: It would be good if you read the whole report, in addition to your WP, and check so there are no inconsistencies with what you may have reported in your WP.
IMPORTANT: the reviewers will be checking what you have reported for the first 18 months against what was written in the Grant Agreement so it is your responsbility to check that this is adeaquately covered in your reporting.
The reviewers require a draft early next week so the Deadline is 15.00 CET this Monday 8 April.
(NB: Re, Financial Reporting on deviations – LNU will come back to you on this. I will check with our PO the level of detail the reviewers require for this and if it is pdssible we can provide this later than the technical part of the report.)
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards
Shamim
