Exten.D.T.2 Project Technical Specification Document

Dear All, We have created the document which will contain all important/needed information about the project platform (platform architecture, requirements, extend tools/applications, data collection, learning analytics dashboard): https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ADtovB1eMzf2d46GKOwdnCtFxqmfNof7/edit?u… The document is located in the 04 WP4 Shaping Technologies folder. This document is the book for the Exten.D.T.2 platform. For the moment is has only outline/structure that can be filled in by anybody (or send to me and I can add information there). When you add/update the document, please add a new row in Document History table: date of updating the document, what has beed updated/added/deleted, and author name) Currently, we are gathering information about * data collected by the platform (5.6.1 Applications data) (@Marianthi will write data collected from the learning tools (SorBET, MaLT2, ChoiCo), @Sokratis will add which data will be stored about users of the platform) * data collected by the interventions/study that will be stored in the server (5.6.2 Intervention Data or Study Data) (@Carina) * requirements for Exten.D.T.2 platform (3 Technical Requirements) (@Sofia, @Alisa, @Ahmed, @Fisnik, @Thea(nQuire requirements???)) @Thea we need to know how nQuire will be used/connected with Exten.D.T.2 platform (through learning analytics?) or it will be only connected/used in school interventions process as additional tool? thank you! MIS4TEL papers - Respond by 1st Feb

Paper 1 (main conference): Report on findings from Year 1 school implementations. 2. 3D printing in MaLT2 paper

Verevi concerning the critical reflections of employing DT in schools so far (i.e. without digital technologies) if u agree we could discuss it as part (a slot) of the workshop or even in a special meeting or both in it you will find links to videos concerning and showcasing DT in schools (which can be used in the workshop addressing teachers), the list of references from which the review was drawn and a last slide with some bullets pointing to ways in which we can use this info to show why the extendt2 'solution' can address the criticisms and go far beyond the state of the art for DT in schools there's 3 layers, the first slide (n.2) is the theme titles, then another layer (nos. 3-6) with one page for each theme and then analytical slides with the points in each theme of course, the extendt2 'solution' is something to be built and refined by all so consider this as a clunky start if u like we can undertake to write up an academic version of this review and include it in a respective deliverable but this will take some time as u can imagine so - thanks to Alkistis best regards c btw - Alkisti's expertise is educational sociology ps - maybe we should do the same for digital media in education, i.e. a critical review and show how the extendt2 solution addresses some of those problems? just a thought. this would mean that extendt2 addresses the problems of each of the DTs individually by means of bringing them together in a unique form of integration to form dt2

Re, For Action - Exten.D.T.2 - 101060231 - PMOC-101060231-2 – Project review letter

Dear All I hope this finds you all well. We have received the "Result of the Review" letter and the "Review Report" (attached for your convenience). These read very favourably for the project overall and every WP individually. All deliverables have been approved. There is deviation on Milestone 8, however, no further action is required. Marcelo and I have thanked Angel and Davinia, for the positive feedback and prompt response, and also commented on behalf of the consortium that there are "no observations". This so that the EC can proceed with the next steps. The technical project monitoring is therefore complete. However kindly note, as stated in the Review Report letter of "the financial reporting assessment that will take place later on". This could be any time up to the end of April from the EC side. If any further financial information is required from you as an EC beneficiary I will contact you. For now we should all be very pleased with the highly positive evaluation received on the technical reporting.
