OMT representatives from UGent, NTNU, TCD and UCL are not obligated, but welcome to
attend. However, it would be good if whoever is doing the reporting to attend the first
part of the meeting 13.30-13.45/14.00 CEST this Friday - so we can take up any Qs or
require further clarifications on the P2 and final technical reporting instructions sent
on Monday.
It would also be helpful if one person from each partner can check with your economist and
provide an indication on Friday (otherwise by email before then) whether you expect to
fully utilise your budget or not.
