Dear all,
I attach the early draft of the dissemination deliverable I plan to discuss with you tomorrow - for reference and in case you want to have a look at it before the meeting.
Also, there are two opportunities for dissemination, I would like us to briefly talk about.

Hello Everyone,
I hope you are keeping well.
As discussed briefly in TCD meeting (also in the OU meeting), can we organise an event (either of one or two days) in which we will bring teacher participants participated in the Exten(DT)2 project up until now from all countries together to make them share their experiences?
The purpose of this event will be to:
* Create a multi-country platform for teachers to share their learnings from participating in the Exten(DT)2 project;
* Record their experiences and suggestions that can be helpful resources to support Y3 implementation; and
* Engage teachers in a post-implementation activity which can function as a stimulated recall to trigger them to further implement DT project in their classroom settings independently.
And of course, this will help us in reporting around sustainability as we are not leaving teachers after they implement but we are following them up and helping them to build a wider teachers network.
For this, I propose the dates as 28th and 29th November, Thursday, and Friday (maybe of a 4-hour session each day)
We can ask each one to share their experiences in 15 minutes which will be followed by 10 minutes Q and A.
The proposed time is between 10 am and 3 pm UK time .
I am populating ideas here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1aJh0FMT6Y5-93gtaXfwcoqjh8rUxvUWhkcgvygw…. Any suggestions are welcome! And, finally thanks Marcelo for this brilliant idea.
I am looking forward to hearing from you!
Best,
Sagun
Dear All,
Thank you for your feedback and comments on the draft JCD shared with you all in November.
LNU’s DPO and lawyer have incorporated changes to the revised attached draft, dated 19122022, and added two annexes.
Their responses (in bold text) to questions can be found in attachment 4.
Please send any further feedback to the draft JCD, including your additions for Annexes 1 and 2 by Monday 9th January.
Please also check the name of the person who would sign the JCD for your organisation on pp 8-14.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,
Shamim

Dear all
Following on from the WP7 meeting last week, I have developed a series of
data collection instruments and protocols for the school interventions,
which are stored in a folder
<https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1YzuyDATghL1RnkyQxPchAWeU6WTVu1QP?us…>in
WP7. This includes all the information you should need to apply for ethical
approval, such as sample informed consent/assent documents, overarching
evaluation protocol (data preparation and analysis to come), surveys,
interviews, teacher reflective diary and documents detailing the protocol
for each form of data collection.
All partners involved in interventions this year should review the
documents, add comments and make suggested edits *by 6th March. *I am also
happy to receive any direct email queries.
Please complete this Doodle
<https://doodle.com/meeting/participate/id/dLZkGMra>by *1st March *to
arrange a review meeting to further discuss data collection. Please ensure
at least one member of your team, involved in the interventions,
professional development or co-design workshops completes the Doodle.
Unfortunately due to other responsibilities I am unable to arrange a
meeting prior to the 7th March and the 10th is the OMT.
Any partner waiting to apply for ethical review can use all of the
documents in their current state as amendments will only be minor - aka no
new data collection instruments and no new lines of questioning. If you
have any specific questions about ethics I would be happy to help, so
please get in touch directly.
Hope you have a lovely weekend.
All the best,
Carina
Hi All,
Please find attached an output report from the codesign workshops conducted
with teachers a couple of weeks ago.
This report not only describes the approach used in the workshop and the
insights gathered, but also provides a suggested first draft of a toolkit.
This will also be circulated with teachers who participated in the
workshop, to gather their feedback.
*It would be great to gather any of your thoughts, if you have any feedback
please submit by the 23rd of December. You can provide comments over email,
or send me back a comment/marked-up document. *
The next steps will be to incorporate any feedback, and then provide a
final toolkit in January, with practical templates and guidance for the
teachers to use.

Hi All
A quick reminder that we have an OMT meeting next Friday.
Please ensure there is at least one representative from each partner as we will be going through the final reporting, amongst other things.
If if you would like any agenda items, let me know by 12.00 CEST next Tuesday, 2 September.
Best wishes to all for the weekend,
Shamim
Hello everyone,
I hope this email finds you in good health.
Apologies that we are still trying to connect Google analytics to our course site to retrieve the data in relation to the number of course participants from each partner country. The statistics you received last week was one-off and provided by the site administrator, and also I realised that the data sent then included some of us as users. Anyways, I am sending you the wholistic data that include the number of viewers and of participants who have enrolled the course up until now. You will be receiving the similar email with figures every Monday, as a nudge to keep promoting the course till we reach the 2K target!
Number of course views since course published: 1281
Enrolled users: 22
To help you with promoting the course, you can find:
* A page with details about the course here: https://extendt2.eu/open-learn-course/
* A flyer about the course: https://extendt2.eu/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/OpenLearn-Course-Flyer.pdf
* The course page here: https://www.open.edu/openlearncreate/course/view.php?id=14055
Should you have any query, please let us know.
Best,
Sagun
Dear All
Fyi: Please see the query in the thread below, and our PO’s response to it in green below.
(From our PO: Angel Mateos Fuentes) The best option would be indeed to wait until the end of the project which is the 30/11/2025 since we don’t think that the system will allow the beneficiary to encode his own costs for the period before the end of the reporting period. On top of this, for the beneficiary who has to provide a CFS, it is more prudent to wait until the end of the reporting period before asking for a CFS, this may avoid some problems later, especially if between end of August and end of November some unforeseen costs are incurred.
@Jake, Katrien and Mikhail: Please forward this to your finance people, if they are not in cc on this email.
Best regards
Shamim

Subject: ExtenDT2_Query regarding extension (financial reporting for partners)
Dar Angel
Please can you advise, or check with EC legal/financial, on the following.
Our consortium has 6 partners receiving EC funding + 2 partners receiving funding from UKRI
For the 6 partners receiving EU funding: 3 will finish their work around the original time of the project M36 (31 August) and 3 will continue until M39 (30 November).
Re, 3 partners that finish at M36 = 31 August:
One of the three partners that finishes at 31 August requires a CFS . The other two do not.
Can these 3 partners do their financial reporting/CFS up to 31 August, or do they need to wait and do their financial reporting (and CFS where applicable) up to and/at 30th November.
I suspect it may be the latter if SyGMA will not be open for them to do their reporting, but I would like to check.
Also, if you have any further advice or information for the partners that finish at M36 which we should be aware of, we would be grateful if you can share with us.
--
For info: All the partners including those finishing at 31 August will attend the final review (and pay personnel time at own cost, if after 30 November). All partners are aware that they will not receive the final payment until after the approval of the P2 and final reporting in 2026.
Best regards
Shamim
