Dear all
Following on from the WP7 meeting last week, I have developed a series of
data collection instruments and protocols for the school interventions,
which are stored in a folder

WP7. This includes all the information you should need to apply for ethical
approval, such as sample informed consent/assent documents, overarching
evaluation protocol (data preparation and analysis to come), surveys,
interviews, teacher reflective diary and documents detailing the protocol
for each form of data collection.
All partners involved in interventions this year should review the
documents, add comments and make suggested edits *by 6th March. *I am also
happy to receive any direct email queries.

at least one member of your team, involved in the interventions,

Unfortunately due to other responsibilities I am unable to arrange a
meeting prior to the 7th March and the 10th is the OMT.
Any partner waiting to apply for ethical review can use all of the
documents in their current state as amendments will only be minor - aka no
new data collection instruments and no new lines of questioning. If you
have any specific questions about ethics I would be happy to help, so
please get in touch directly.

Dear all,
As we have already discussed the next project meeting in Ghent will take
place during the period 27-29 September.Since NKUA will only be able to
participate physically in Ghent until the 28th, we would like to kindly
ask you to schedule this meeting for two full days. We advise starting the
meeting a day earlier, on September 26th, if a two-day program is not
convenient with regards to the meeting's agenda.

The date marked yellow on page 1 will be inserted by LNU, and a formal final copy compiled, after all signatures are in place.

Dear all
As discussed in our individual meetings and following feedback from
partners, I attach an overview of the data analysis process and template
for the report.
I have created a folder in WP7 where these documents can also be found and

A reminder that draft reports should be sent directly to me by the 24th
July. And I will return them with comments by the 4th August. The final
versions are due by the 21st August.
