The October OMT meeting will be next Thursday 26 October: 14.30-16.00 CEST (13.30-15.00 BST; and 15.30-17.00 EEST).
This was the most popular time on the doodle. Please ensure at least one person from your organization attends this.
A calendar invite will be sent shortly.
The minutes of from the Ghent meeting will be formally approved then, so please review them before then.
If you have any suggestions for the agenda, please let me have them by COB this Friday.

Oct OMT meeting:
There was to be a meeting next Friday 20 Oct:13.30-15.00 (as agreed in the August 25 OMT meeting). However, as Thea has already sent out a calendar invite for next Friday afternoon (14.00-16.00 CEST) we will reschedule the OMT meeting. I will check with Marcelo on an alternative slot and send out a doodle early next week to fix this.
Nov OMT meeting:
This will be agreed when Marcelo has a better idea of his commitments – as he will be abroad during Nov.
Dec OMT Meeting:
I have just sent out a calendar invitation for the OMT meeting on December 15: 13.30 -15.00 CEST.

Dear all,
As we discussed in the project meeting, even though the interventions in
schools will take place between March and June it is very important to
start planning quite early to ensure that we will reach the necessary
amount of students & schools.
The first step is that all partners *confirm or amend *the estimated
numbers given in the "planning" table in this Excel sheet

The numbers are the following
*LNU*: 90 Students, 3 Schools
*NKUA*: 180 Students, 6 Schools
*UGent*: 100 Students, 3 Schools
*NTNU*: 90 Students, 3 Schools
*TCD*: 80 Students, 3 Schools
*OU*: 90 Students, 3 Schools
*SIMPLE*: 60 Students, 2 Schools
*If you think there will be a significant reduction in the above numbers
please let us know as soon as possible so that we can discuss how to cover
the gap*
