[Extendt2_all] Re: ExtenDT 2 (Event log)

Dear all I trust you had a lovely weekend. May I remind you about my request to you to update our event log by 5^th of September. Many thanks to you all for updating the log. But, I am sorry to let you know that the log is not complete yet. Could you please see my comments below and update the log by 15^th of September. Thanks T*eacher Training and Workshop:* The workshop 2 does not mention the date of the workshop and the workshop 4 lacks KPI. Indeed, we currently have listed only two workshops. But our dissemination and impact report 1, which was published in Feb 2024, mentions that we have organised 9 workshops. I guess, the number has increased now. Indeed, we wanted to capture the training and workshops for both in-service and pre-service teachers (i.e. workshops for teacher professional development and the workshops run for the implementation of the course or project). Therefore, could you please update the tab. Regarding conference presentations, we have created two tabs: *conference presentations and participation* (here we record all the presentations that we gave during the project lifetime) and *conference paper* (here we record only the full papers that have been published). We understand that each of conference presentations that we gave may not have full papers. However, our event log currently shows that we have the same number of presentations and papers. This means, either we have not recorded all our presentations OR the tab for conference papers includes some presentations that even do not have full papers. *Conference presentations and participation*: * Presentation 11 does not include the name of presenter (s) * There is no title and names of the presenter and organisation for the presentation 16. * Presentation 23 lacks KPI number * Presentations 24-26 do not disclose whether they were scientific or non-scientific events. *Conference papers:* As I indicated above, could you please remove the presentations that do not have full papers. *Exhibition and Symposium*: They lack KPI (excluding the first one), the first exhibition does not mention name of the presenter, and the third one does not reveal whether it was a scientific or non-scientific venue) *Journal Publications:* The event log includes complete information only for the first five papers. Papers 6- 10 lack key information.  Also, as we discussed in the meeting last week, could you please include all the papers that are being written *OR* that you have submitted *OR* that you aim to write in the future.
