Dear All, We have created the document which will contain all important/needed information about the project platform (platform architecture, requirements, extend tools/applications, data collection, learning analytics dashboard): https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ADtovB1eMzf2d46GKOwdnCtFxqmfNof7/edit?u… The document is located in the 04 WP4 Shaping Technologies folder. This document is the book for the Exten.D.T.2 platform. For the moment is has only outline/structure that can be filled in by anybody (or send to me and I can add information there). When you add/update the document, please add a new row in Document History table: date of updating the document, what has beed updated/added/deleted, and author name) Currently, we are gathering information about * data collected by the platform (5.6.1 Applications data) (@Marianthi will write data collected from the learning tools (SorBET, MaLT2, ChoiCo), @Sokratis will add which data will be stored about users of the platform) * data collected by the interventions/study that will be stored in the server (5.6.2 Intervention Data or Study Data) (@Carina) * requirements for Exten.D.T.2 platform (3 Technical Requirements) (@Sofia, @Alisa, @Ahmed, @Fisnik, @Thea(nQuire requirements???)) @Thea we need to know how nQuire will be used/connected with Exten.D.T.2 platform (through learning analytics?) or it will be only connected/used in school interventions process as additional tool? thank you! MIS4TEL papers - Respond by 1st Feb

Dear all, We had a meeting on Friday about our contributions to MIS4TEL. We propose to prepare and submit the below papers: 1. Paper 1 (main conference): Report on findings from Year 1 school implementations. 2. Paper 2 (workshop paper): Present and explain the rationale of creating the Extendt2 versions of tools as well as the production of the Exten(dt)2 digital design thinking model 3. Athens Project Meeting - Dinner Menu Choices

Action needed: Questionnaires to be distributed for improving the ExtenDT2 Framework and Guidelines

Dear all, As shared earlier, a questionnaire has been designed to collect feedback for improving the ExtenDT2 Framework and Guidelines. This questionnaire is ready to use now. It takes about 30 minutes to complete. No personally identifiable info will be recorded. The target groups for distributing this questionnaire include teachers, educational researchers, policymakers, education practitioners, education technologists, and education designers. So far, we’ve collected about 104 responses and hopefully will report some preliminary results for the mid-term review. Important: School Intervention Dates

Hi all, The technical people (SIMPLE, LNU, NKUA) need to know which days you are going to do interventions in schools, to be sure that no changes or maintenance work will be done on the tools and the platform on those days. ExtenDT2 meetings in UlK in April_Reminder to check your information

Dear All If you are planning to attend the meetings in April in the UK then this is a kind request on behalf of the organisers at OU to check the spreadsheet and make sure all info is up-to-date. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1D6qYEURrVl5JDqoW6OCg2fWBM-cHCZHVngk… In particular make sure it is clear whether you are attending on-line or physically, and if attending physically whether you have any dietary requirements.
