Hi All,
Great talking to you all at the fika this afternoon. In our group we discussed a skills
assessment that we ask our Leaders to complete just after training, after semester one and
at the end of the year to score their perceived skills in certain areas so we can track
their improvement. Some people requested I send the questionnaire, we do this through
Qualtrix so I can't share the actual questionnaire but I have pasted the questions
below for anyone who would be interested.
We also do a more general feedback questionnaire with Leaders at the end of the year,
partly for positive feedback to help justify our continued funding but also to find ways
that we can improve the experience for Leaders going forward. We ask for the Leaders'
names for the skills survey as we need to be able to track their progress, but the general
feedback survey is anonymous so Leaders feel free to be honest with their answers. I have
included these questions too in case they are of interest.
For context we pay our Leaders for their time so we ask them to complete these surveys as
part of a debrief so we have no problem getting the responses.
Hope this is useful!
Many thanks,
Amy
