[DNSSEC-Transparency] No IETF hackathon for me

Hi, I'm sad to say that I won't make it to Buenos Aires for the IETF hackathon this upcoming weekend. :( Was hoping to make progress on the DNSSEC Transparency experiment by showing some running code, getting a log up and running and getting people excited about both contributing to the log by running frontend systems (hi Jan! hi Ulrich!) and submitting to it (hi Paul!). Will instead post status updates here as the work progresses.
