Hur ser era "CV-formulär" eller liknande ut? Har ni tydligt förklarat vad det är ni vill veta i "letter of intent" eller är det en del av uppgiften att förstå vad man ska fokusera på? Har ni max antal tecken? Eller har ni frågor som den sökande ska svara på, snarare än ett mer generellt "letter of intent"-avsnitt?
