[Npf] Update on North Pole Fiber Project

Dear NPF team, One week ago today, Julia’s deliverable (D3.1 Configuration Study Report) on what data collection opportunities researchers would like to see on the Polar Connect cable was submitted to HaDEA. It is a really nicely executed work and you can check it out: here<https://nordunet.box.com/s/86u3r7ohb8ycxxbqlzt2jo5bzeo65gf9>. This deliverable was initially due in August last year. As agreed with HaDEA, it was postponed until May this year because of the timing of the Arctic field season and Julia’s start in the project.
