FYI, the new proposed times at the end of August and the beginning of September mostly
overlap with the Global Digital
Collaboration<https://globaldigitalcollaboration.org/> conference and the W3C
E-Commerce for Humans and AI
Agents<https://www.w3.org/2026/ecommerce-agents/>
meeting. I was able to accept four proposed times that do not directly conflict with
those events, but most didn’t work.

Hi All, There isn't enough availability overlap in August. I'm going to try again
to find a time in late August or early September.
Please note your availability in the following poll as soon as feasible:

Wednesdays at 12AM Eastern is a standing no-go for me (it is the weekly IAM project
management meeting for LIGO that I lead).

Hi all,
SCHEDULING OUR NEXT IdPy BOARD MEETING
I'd like to get our next board meeting on the calendar. Please share your availability
here: Poll: Next IdPy Board
Meeting<https://calendly.com/d/dz3y-zg7-mxd/idpy-board-meeting-2026-q3&g… — the sooner
everyone responds, the sooner we can lock in a time.
BRIEF PROJECT UPDATE
A lot has happened since we last met on May 11. The IdPy Town Hall on June
17<https://github.com/IdentityPython/Meetings/tree/de0977c302ec7bf8b6086…
brought in 20+ community members for a candid discussion on the future of the tools under
the Identity Python Project (SaToSa included), and the Technical Re-Kickoff on June
26<https://github.com/IdentityPython/Meetings/tree/de0977c302ec7bf8b6086…
got three
workstreams<https://github.com/IdentityPython/Meetings/tree/de0977c302ec…
(governance, fork review, documentation) staffed and moving. I'll walk through both in
more detail once we're together.
Thanks, Laura
