Please find enclosed a call for papers for the workshop “Growing Up in the Early Modern World: Children, Institutions and Belonging”, to be held on 26 November 2026 at Macquarie University, Sydney (with hybrid participation available).

The workshop explores childhood within institutional settings in the early modern world, with particular attention to care, education, discipline, and belonging.

Whether you are interested in submitting an abstract or know others who might be, I would be grateful if you could spread the word. The deadline for submissions is 15 July 2026. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
