I really do not like the huge overbearing black banners of the first page - looks like a eulogy...

both size and color are not good - a first screen doesnt even get down to the last banner...
put them somewhere else - maybe horizontal bars on top?

or can u find another way?
maybe have the contents of the first banner as front page?

also - I think only ONE person from each partner should be put down as 'led by' at this level
the names and roles in each respective group belong somewhere further in

otherwise super
