Sorry all, I don't seem to be getting all the reply emails either, so I have missed some responses.

Yes, it is also my understanding that we hope to move towards more quantitative measures for year 3 so hopefully it will just be the surveys. That is why we are looking to validate the survey instrument in the coming months, so that we can confirm the quantitative measures are helping us asses the factors we are interested in reliably. 

Another thing we might want to check are the ethics consent forms to make sure they cover the learning analytics and the potential data that will/might be captured in the dashboard and backend of the system. At the very least the participants need to be made aware of this aspect. But this will be for the actual interventions themselves, so we should have a bit of time to resolve this aspect.

Hello Sagun,

There is no problem in using the template form last year. The new version
will just be a simplified version of the year 2 version, including the
most important information. So if the year 2 version is filled in, we can
then easily tranfer it to the year 3 version.
