Presenter Registration Deadline

Dear Christothea Herodotou,

Congratulations on having been accepted to present at EARLI or JURE 2023! We look forward to your presentation in Thessaloniki this summer!

As we are starting to prepare the full conference programme, which is due in June, we kindly draw your attention to the upcoming Presenter Registration Deadline, on the 11th of May (midnight CEST).

All accepted presenting authors, as well as chairs and discussants of an accepted symposium, are asked to register before the deadline to ensure that your presentation will be considered for the conference programme. Anyone who has not registered upon expiry of the deadline will be at risk of having their presentation withdrawn from the programme.

Please be advised that your registration is only valid if the following criteria are met:

Your registration has been paid before the deadline (11th of May 2023 - midnight CEST)
You received an order confirmation e-mail (check your spam folder in case you haven't received it)

You can view the status of your order at any time, by checking "my orders" in your EARLI user dashboard. Here you can also download a receipt of your payment. An invoice will be issued automatically for all orders within 5 business days - please make sure to enter your invoice address and VAT number (if applicable / requested by your institution).

Should you not be able to attend the conference and wish to transfer your presenting role to one of the co-authors, please inform the EARLI Office as soon as possible.

EARLI 2023

The EARLI 2023 conference will be hosted by the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the University of Macedonia from Tuesday 22nd of August until Saturday 26th of August 2023. Please bear in mind that your presentation may be scheduled on any of these conference days. The preliminary conference programme can be consulted on the EARLI 2023 conference website.

If for any reason you would not be able to present your paper, please inform us about this as soon as possible so that your presentation can be withdrawn.

If you are acting as a chair or discussant in a symposium and find yourself unable to attend the conference, please contact the organiser of the symposium so that a replacement can be found.

JURE 2023

The EARLI Conference will be preceded by a two-day Pre-Conference (JURE 2023) aimed specifically at PhD-students and Junior Researchers, from Sunday 20th of August until Monday 21st of August 2023.

Please bear in mind that your presentation may be scheduled on any of these conference days. The preliminary conference programme can be consulted on the JURE 2023 conference website.

If for any reason you would not be able to present your paper, please inform us about this as soon as possible so that your presentation can be withdrawn.
