Hi All,

Zoom Tech and Dev have found out what is causing the problem with creating whiteboards from within meetings On-Premise and are working on a fix.

Yes, we’ve recently had this problem and it was fixed and yes, they broke it again.

I will update when a fix if in place or ready to be rolled out (in case it is an update to system components).
